James Pryor, 51, of Arizona, whose cross-country bicycle trip was nearly cancelled on July 22 when someone stole his bike from the Oxford Street shelter in Portland, yesterday stopped in Portland to announce the creation of two funds for the state's homeless. One fund will be for cash donations, while the other will accept gifts of volunteer services or items needed at shelters. Details.
