Abstract

Brief article reporting that the U.S. Coast Guard rescue of Kevin Clark, 26, of Freeport, the windsurfer swept out to sea during Monday's storm, cost in excess of $30,000. Two rescue boats, a Skyhawk helicopter and a Falcon jet were used during the 12-hour ordeal.
