Abstract

Oxford Homes Inc. has filed a bankruptcy reorganization plan that includes an investment of $400,000 by Ocean Properties Capital Corp. of Florida. The company, headed by Tom Walsh, owns several hotel properties in Maine, including the Portland Marriott in South Portland. Oxford Homes filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in February, but today has around 140 employees and back orders of nearly $2 million. Details.
