Abstract

The Cape Elizabeth Zoning Board of Appeals tonight will decide the issue of whether Dr. Reed Gramse will be able to expand and remodel his 60-year-old house near Staples Cove. The expansion would violate the town's restrictive wetlands ordinance, and a previous approval of the expansion by the zoning board was negated by an emergency moratorium enacted by the town council.
