Abstract

A Cumberland County Superior Court jury has awarded $837,500 to Louis Godin, 37, of Hollis, for injuries he suffered in an industrial accident at the S. D. Warren paper mill in Westbrook in 1987. The award was made against Paper Industry Engineering of Atlanta, which designed the equipment that Godin was working on when injured.
