Abstract

Brief article reporting that the town of Gray has rescinded a recently-passed ordinance which restricted the expansion of gravel pits in an aquifer protection zone. Portland Sand and Gravel Inc. had filed a lawsuit arguing that the ordinance would have deprived the company of its property.
