Abstract

Brief article reporting that telemarketer Consumer Advocate Group of Saco, currently being sued by the state of Wisconsin for fraud, has denied that they failed to deliver services paid for by customers. The Wisconsin lawsuit also claims the company violated a state law that requires telemarketers to give customers three days to change their minds.
