Abstract

The Commission on Governmental Ethics and Electiion Practices recommended unanimoulsy that Mark Westrum be named Sagadahoc County sheriff, overturning the election of Russell Alexander. The commission determined that Westrum won the election by 10 votes out of about 19,000 cast.
