Abstract

The Maine Waste Management Agency terminated a contract it had with Normandeau Associates Inc. of New Hampshire to evaluate a Penobscot County site proposed as a location for a special landfill because the firm has been suspended by the federal Environmental Protection Agency from working on federally funded projects.
