Abstract

Secretary of State Bill Diamond is urging voters to vote down a referendum to appear on the November ballot which would limit the terms of Maine's lawmakers and top officials. Diamond's comments came at the same time that the group Congressional Term Limits Coalition Inc. held a news conference detailing their plans to seek to limit the number of terms Maine's Congressional delegates may serve.
