Scott Paper Co., which employs 3,000 people at mills in Westbrook, Winslow and Skowhegan, is exploring ways to further streamline its operations to improve production. The S.D. Warren Mill in Westbrook has already cut 300 jobs since 1991, with another 220 scheduled to be eliminated next year. Details.
