Abstract

George Denny of Freeport, an executive at Cole-Haan, has proposed subdividing a 100-acre farm on the Magalloway River in Lincoln Plantation. The property is near the UmbagogLake National Wildlife Refuge, and the other 38 residents of the plantation are opposed to the project. Main-Land Development Consultants, working on behalf of Denny, is seeking a zoning change to allow the 17-lot subdivision.
