Abstract

University of Maine senior Neal Snow, who made news last fall when he challenged an ROTC ban on homosexuals, has been denied a summer position with the Boy Scouts because of his sexual orientation. Snow, who holds the rank of Eagle Scout, worked at Camp Hinds in Raymond in 1990 and 1991.
