Abstract

The federal Environmental Protection Agency is taking measures to suspend Normandeau Associates of New Hampshire from taking part in any projects which involve federal funds, for what the agency calls poor performance in a 1985 environmental assessment of the proposed port facility on Sears Island. The company apparently made representations that there were no wetlands within the Sears Island project area, when in fact there were over 200 acres of wetlands.
