Abstract
Profile of Carol Grose, 40, of Bath, the former secretary at Local S6 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers at Bath Iron Workers. Grose, who quit working for the union in 1992 after years of abusive treatment by union officials, recently won an $87,395 court settlement from the union for back wages and civil penalties. Grose is starting a support group for others who have been harassed on the job.
