Abstract

An informal survey by Farmington landlord Licia Kuenning shows that of 55 towns nationwide with populations between 4,000 and 10,000, an average sewage bill in Farmington was twice as high as the next town on the list. A different survey of 35 towns in Maine and New Hampshire by the Maine Rural Water Association showed similar results. Details.
