Abstract

Brief article reporting that the federal Environmental Protection Agency announced that it was lifting the suspension and proposed debarment of Normandeau Associates of New Hampshire. EPA had imposed the suspension because of problems with an environmental study Normandeau had performed on the proposed Sears Island cargo port facility.
