Feature article on this year's Hempstock festival. The three-day festival, in celebration of marijuana, is now in its twelfth year. Don Christen, 43, leader of Maine Vocals and organizer of Hempstock, on Monday reported that Hempstock 1997 was attended by 6,000 people, around 4,700 of whom bought tickets.
