Abstract
"Continuum" piece on the federal attempt to put atlantic salmon on the Endangered Species List and the complexities of that issue, which go far beyond just improving the quality of Maine's rivers, and arguing that without addressing ocean fishing and global warming, both beyond the scope of the current law, we might fail to restore the salmon.
