Abstract

"Feature Story" piece on health care in Maine. Trish Riley, director of the National Academy for State Health Policy, which is located in Portland, believes a single-payer system, run by the federal government, would be a hard sell right now. But she sees as eventually inevitable a universal system with access for everyone. Also with Riley's comments about the Children's Health insurance Program (CHIP).
