Abstract
"Practicum" piece arguing that a recently proposed "Maine Native" license plate would be offensive and, even though proceeds from the specialty plate would benefit Maine's Inland Fisheries and Wildlife department, the proposal runs counter to the increasingly multi-cultural population and diversity of the state and the world.
