Abstract
"News" piece on proposals to enact new restrictions on visas in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, which would hurt the tourist industry in Maine, according to Juan Perez-Febles, director of migrant services for Maine's Department of Labor. At some hotels and restaurants, up to two-thirds of the summer employees are from foreign countries.
