Abstract
The Maine Land Acquisition Priorities Advisory Committee has revised its list of recommendations. The list, expected to form the core of a proposed public lands bond issue to be considered next year, doesn't include large tracts of the north woods. The draft report's goal of doubling public land to two million acres by 2020 is being rewritted but not dropped. The original recommendation of a $45 million bond issue will remain. Details.
