Abstract

The Greenville Planning Board approved a special exemption that will allow McDonald's to build an 1,800-square-foot facility on Indian Hill, which overlooks Moosehead Lake. Opponents of the restaurant collected 411 signatures on a petition, but Sharon Libby-Jones, town code enforcement officers, said most of those signing the petition were seasonal residents and people from out of town.
