Full exterior view of the Portland Police Department / Public Safety Building, 109 Middle Street, from southeast. Model Foods Market (113-115 Middle Street) at left. Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (190 Cumberland Avenue), in right background.
The Police Station / Public Safety Buidling was constructed from 1972-1974, and replaced the former Portland Police Station which was on 132 Federal Street.
