    Article caption: "City Council Chairman Mitchell Cope, right, accepts the keys to Portland's newest fire truck from Owen J. Blaisdell of Mack Trucks, Inc., the builder. The truck, a 750-gallon-a-minute pumper, was commissioned Friday as the city's new Engine 8, stationed at Woodfords. City Manager Julian H. Orr (left), and Fire Chief Carl P. Johnson look on as the new truck is put into service."
