    Description

    Views of north side of Cumberland Avenue, between Wilmot Street and Frankllin Street, from south. Wilmot Street at left. Victory Market, 222 Cumberland Avenue (northeast corner of Cumberland Avenue and Wilmot Street) at right. Block of row houses, from 221 Cumberland Avenue to 211 Cumberland Avenue, in background. The row houses demolished to make way for Franklin Towers construction (completed in 1969). At the far right edge of the right image is Neal Court, which was immediately west of Franklin Street and Cumberland Avenue.
