Abstract

Obituary of Clifford A. Richardson, 65, of Portland, who in 1971 became the first African American to win a municipal office in Portland. Richardson served on the city council and the school board, operated Kippy's Cleaning Service for 45 years and was a former Golden Gloves boxer.
