Abstract

"City" piece on the State Theatre in Portland. State of the Arts, the nonprofit group running the State, might be planning on suing Nick and Lola Kampf, owners of the building housing the State, because the Kampfs are allegedly trying to drive them out of the building. Tim Keiter, attorney for the Kampfs, said his clients are considering suing the board members of START for failing to control the State's management. Details.
