Having once been art-world neophytes themselves, they put visitors at ease, offer payment plans, and are willing to be flexible on prices. Richard Wright of Falmouth Foreside, an electrician and stagehand at Cumberland County Civic Center, collects art on a workingman's paycheck, and acknowledges his debt to the Gleasons.
