Abstract

Rep. Annette M. Hoglund of Portland, president of the development firm Euclid Ambler Associates, has paid an overdue $1,000 court fine for filling wetlands without a permit. It is estimated that Hoglund, who once served on the Legislature's Energy and Natural Resources Committee, filled up to 18 acres of wetlands while developing house lots on Lane Avenue in Portland near the Maine Turnpike.
