Hannaford Bros. Co. of Scarborough has announced plans to spend more than $80 million over the next year to build, expand or relocate 13 Shop 'n Save supermarkets in Maine, Vermont and New York. Plans for Maine include a new store in Oxford, expansions in Brunswick and Rumford and relocations in Calais and Skowhegan. Details.
