Description

The non-profit Planning with People created this report for The Bayside Neighborhood Center. The report argues that an 8-acre vocational-technical high school, slated to be built in the Bayside neighborhood and which would have displaced half the families living in the area, was not in the best interests of the city. Instead of massive clearances, the report proposes, there are possibilities for staged redevelopment.
