Excerpts from an interview with Rachel Talbot Ross, Speaker of the Maine House of Representatives. Ross discusses systemic racism as well as the state's housing crisis and how both chambers are coming together to address the crisis. She also speaks about what is being done for immigrants and about the need for African Americans and recent African immigrants to learn from each other.
