Abstract

Article with photos. Papy Bongibo was sworn in as the president as the Congolese Association of Maine on April 21, 2018, at the East End School. Vice- Presidents Thierry Kitoko and Clément Yombe, Secretary General Francine Ngabu, and Treasurers François Agwala and Patrick Mulonda were also sworn in. Bongibo has lived in Maine since 2009.
