Abstract
A brief discussion with Dani Scherer of Lewiston Adult Education about increasing efforts to help new immigrants with professional backgrounds in their home countries tailor their U.S. education to their career goals. Also discussed is the Education Academy, a pilot program helping new immigrants pursue a career in teaching.
