Abstract

An exploration of the work of Orson Horchler, CEO of Bondeko Construction and street artist (under the name "Pigeon.") Describes Horchler's quest for a sense of belonging in Maine, and the community he has created within his construction company, which is staffed by immigrants. Also discusses Pigeon's Mainer Project, a collection of portraits of immigrants who now live in Maine.
