Abstract
Two dozen local artists rent studio space at 42 Elm Street and 315 Cumberland Avenue, buildings purchased this summer by Elizabeth Noyce of Bremen. The tenants might have to vacate the buildings as early as May, and are unsure if they can find other space downtown. Morris Fisher, president of Boulos Property Management, which manages Noyce's Portland property, said the fate of the buildings was undetermined, and that he was working with the artists to find space.
