Abstract

"Politics & Other Mistakes" piece on U.S. senator William Cohen, who recently called for a moratorium on the construction of new federal courthouses. Cohen, in his report to Congress, failed to mention the 1992 renovation of the federal courthouse in Bangor or the ongoing $12-million makeover of the Edward T. Gignoux Federal Courthouse in Portland.
