Abstract

Irving oil is considering purchasing the old Artist and Craftsman Supply building on Forest Avenue in Portland, but only if the city allows a new 24-hour gas station and mini-mart. Irving must, due to zoning, prove that the new station won't adversely impact the surrounding area. Neighbors of the proposed station plan to let the Portland Zoning Board of Appeals aware that it will have a negative impact.
