Abstract
"City" piece on the different sentencing laws for powder and crack cocaine. Harold A. Nelson Jr. of Gray was sentenced to ten years in federal prison for trafficking six kilograms of powder cocaine, while Quincy Johnson, 19, of Portland, was sentenced to 12 years and seven months for trafficking 57 grams of crack cocaine.
