Abstract

Neil Taliento was fired as director of the Portland West Neighborhood Planning Council's Youthbuild program on November 27. Three Portland West board members resigned this month over what they felt was unfair treatment of Taliento. Taliento said he intends to pursure legal action against Portland West for monetary damages.
