Abstract
"Edge" piece on public access television. Community access television offers home-grown productions, and to some extent has become the soapbox of the information age. Portland Community Access is on channels 2, 3 and 4, and is funded by Time Warner Cable under a 1986 agreement with the Portland City Council. Time Warner will offer a series of four free Saturday seminars on advanced production skills starting March 16. Details.
