Abstract

Peter Twichell, director of the Portland West Neighborhood Planning Council's YouthBuild program, has announced his resignation, effective June 28. Twichell has been director of the program for six months, and has been with YouthBuild for two years. Twichell's new position will be with YouthBuild USA in Massachusetts, where he will oversee the organization's contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
