Abstract
State representative Annette Hoglund, D-Portland, and the development firm her family owns, Euclid Ambler Associates, illegally filled wetlands while developing a subdivision in the Riverton section of Portland. While the land was being developed, Rep. Hoglund, in her role as state legislator, proposed two bills that now raise questions about a conflict of interest. Details.
