Abstract

"Eats" piece on Zygot Bookworks & Cafe, at 61 Pleasant Street in Portland. Zygot, located in the Calderwood Building, is a joint venture between Robert Marchand and Scott Mullenberger. Mullenberger teaches workshops in the art of hand bookbinding, and preserves and restores old books.
