Abstract
"Congress Street Minutes" piece on the Maine Toy Train Museum, which organizers hope to open soon in an 8,000-square-foot space at 58 Fore Street in Portland. The museum will house the Prizer Collection, named for William Prizer, the grandson of the president of Reading Railroad, who received his first toy trains in the 1920s.
