Abstract

"City" piece on the effort to save St. Dominic's Church in Portland. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland plans to close St. Dom's on June 30, citing the small number of parishioners and more than $1 million in needed repairs. Barbara McFarland and other members of Friends of St. Dominic are trying to keep the church open.
