Abstract

Feature article by Pat LaMarche, former co-host of the morning show on WGAN-TV, on her four days in the Cumberland County Jail. LaMarche was stopped while driving under the influence on May 16, 1997, and refused to take a breath test. She received the minimum sentence for refusing to take the test, had her license suspended for one year and was fined $834. The article details her experience in jail.
