Abstract
Anchalina and Gregg Thurlow, owners of Club 21, a clothing store in Portland's Old Port, have been told to find a new name for the store because it sounds too much like 21 Club, the New York restaurant. The Washington law firm Dykema Gossett is representing 21 Club, while Portland attorney Alan Levenson is representing Club 21.
